Cisco Learning Credits
Convergent Communications Inc. now offers our clients the option to simultaneously purchase training upon of purchase of software, hardware, and other services for integrated network solutions through the Cisco Learning Credits Program.
The prepaid Cisco Learning Credits Program makes clients’ administrative process more efficient by allowing clients to identify training needs at the time of product purchase, thus simplifying expense reimbursements by creating a single budget and purchase order. This prepaid program offers customers many other advantages including using the Cisco Learning Credit Management Tool to view credit balances, review account transactions, generate reports, and monitor courses taken by individuals and departments.
Each Learning Credit is valued at $100.00 and credits may be purchased from Cisco in increments of 10, 100, 500 and 1500. (See table below).

Cancellations
A company or individual may cancel a course registration made with Convergent Communications, Inc. without penalty by doing the following: The registered person must give written notice at least 15 full business days prior to the scheduled start date of the course.
If a company or an individual cancels a specific course within the 15 business day grace period, the company or individual will be assessed a 100% cancellation fee. However, the cancelled participant is allowed a period of 12 months within which they can register and attend the same class or a class of similar or lesser value.***
Registrants who do not attend the course and fail to notify Convergent Communications, Inc. prior to the course start date are responsible for the full registration fee with no allowance for a retake.
Registrants may transfer to a new class provided the tuition has been paid in full, and you notify Convergent Communications, Inc., 15 working days prior to the start date of the course.
Note:
- Cancellation of a Rescheduled Class - If a student has previously rescheduled a class and does so again, a student's only option is to reschedule again.
- In case a participants needs to be substituted out of a class, only a student substitution will be allowed. Substitutions are allowed as late as 3:00pm one business day prior to the start of class.

- Please email your written cancellation notice to the Registration Department
- Please contact your account manager to put in the cancellation or transfer request

Convergent Communications, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses. Tuition fees are subject to change without notice. In the event that a class is cancelled, Convergent Communications, Inc. will only be liable for tuition fees incurred due to canceled classes.
*** We sometimes offer our courses through a variety of partners and these partners have their own cancellation policy. CCI's cancellation policy does not apply to partner offered classes. Instead the offering partner's policy will be in effect.
