This accelerated class combines Cisco's PITS - Physical Installation of TelePresence Systems 1.0 and ITS - Implementing Cisco TelePresence Solutions 1.0 courses. This course will prepare you to install all the Cisco TelePresence endpoints:

In addition to covering the Cisco TelePresence solution's servers and services installation, you will learn how to:

• Diagnose and resolve network problems quickly and effectively
• Configure Cisco TelePresence Manager, Multipoint Switch, Recording Server and interoperability solution
• Design a suitable Cisco TelePresence network infrastructure

Special focus is on troubleshooting and maintaining the technologies as well as the procedural and organizational aspects of the process.
