Course Description

Gain the skills needed to perform "back-office" scheduling and user profile management and to generate reports and perform capacity planning tasks. This web-based, instructor-led course is facilitated through MeetingPlace-you take it from the comfort of your own home or office.

• The mechanism to bulk import user profiles from other databases
• Verification of the configuration settings for a previously scheduled meeting
• Scheduling a meeting using a groupware application, such as Outlook

• Types of ports, such as floater and contingency, and their use during a MeetingPlace conference
• Use of the Administration Center to display the capacity management path
• Generation of common report
