Cisco Unity Support Specialist


Course Description

Building upon a strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2000 or 2003, the Cisco Unity Support Specialist can install, configure, operate, and maintain a Cisco Unity 4.0 system in both stand-alone voice mail and unified messaging environments.


Cisco Unity Support Specialist Prerequisites

The prerequisite needed to become a Cisco Unity Support Specialist in the Voice track are:

  • Valid MCSE: Messaging on Windows Server 2000 or MCSE: Messaging on Windows Server 2003

Cisco Unity Support Specialist Recertification
